Aqualectra Bond Listing Announcement

The Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) is pleased to announce the listing of Aqualectra bonds for the period 2025-2032. Aqualectra is a utility provider responsible for producing and distributing water and electricity to over 80,000 households and businesses in Curaçao. ​The total value of bonds issued with this bond issue is XCG 75,000,000.

The bonds are issued and listed as of November 15, 2025, under the ticker symbols as follows:​

Serie AQUA-A1 : 726 bonds, each for XCG 50,000 for a total of XCG 36,300,000.

Serie AQUA-A2 : 774 bonds, each for XCG 50,000 for a total of XCG 38,700,000.
