Listing Approval: Uvekko Worldwide Services Ltd.

Uvekko Worldwide Services Ltd. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) was incorporated in Nevis on 17 December 2025 as an international business corporation under the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance Cap 7.01. The Company has perpetual existence; its registered office is at Suite 5, Horsford’s Business Centre, Long Point Road, Charlestown, Nevis, and its registered agent is MMG Trust (NEVIS) Corp.

The 100,000 issued shares are registered shares, fully paid in for an amount of US$100,000.00, and constitute the securities proposed for admission to trading on the DCSX. The Shares will be admitted at an initial listing reference price of US$464.00 per Share, representing an aggregate listing value of US$46,400,000, equal to approximately 70% of the 30 June 2025 transaction-scope shareholders’ equity.

The listing was prepared by Management Services Investa B.V., as Listing Advisor, in collaboration with PYGG Corporate Finance B.V., as part of the listing team.
