Qingdao IDC Financial Advisory Co.,Ltd Listing Advisor Status Termination

Based on section 3.1 of the DCSX Rules for Listing Advisors, the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (“DCSX”) has concluded as of February 21, 2025, that Qingdao IDC Financial Advisory Co.,Ltd no longer fulfills the requirements of these rules (specifically section 3.3.) and has therefore terminated their Listing Advisor status. Section 3.3 states that a Listing Advisor must pay the annual fees as set by DCSX and must make such payments within the time limits imposed by DCSX to remain licensed.
The DCSX reserves all rights to contract any professional third party, legal firm and/or collection agency to collect any amounts due to it for whatever reason or service.
