Bancaribe Curaçao Bank Blue Building Notes (Tranche I) | Successful Close

The Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) is pleased to announce that the first tranche of USD 5,000,000 of USD 15,000,000 Blue Building Notes Programme has successfully closed.

The programme, listed on the DCSX and arranged in three tranches, is issued by Bancaribe Curaçao Bank N.V., with PYGG Securities Co. B.V. acting as Listing Advisor and Lead Broker.

On behalf of the issuer, The Listing Advisor extends their appreciation to the subscribers for their confidence in the offering and acknowledges the efforts of all parties involved in reaching this successful milestone.
